The foundations of our company were laid in 1970 with the journey that Halil Aytekin started by trading products such as grapes, walnuts, olive oil and figs grown in the fertile lands of Kilis. Halil Aytekin, who adopted the vision of producing quality and healthy olive oil with the valuable experiences he gained during this process, shaped the path that our company followed at every stage in line with this vision.
In 1990, Yakup Aytekin, the son of Halil Aytekin, took over the business and took the first step to institutionalize the family company. Making great efforts to take the company further by benefiting from his father's experiences, Yakup Aytekin established a continuously developing structure for 34 years and ensured that a modern olive oil production facility of 3,000 square meters is operating today.
Zöhre Olive Oil has made a difference in the sector with its determination to develop olive cultivation and has managed to maintain the quality that has been continuing for 3 generations with the strategic decisions it has made. Today, in line with our past experiences and the lessons we have learned, we always prioritize quality and healthy production. As Zöhre Kilis Yağlık Zeytin Yağları, we do not only adopt the principle of producing quality products, but also prioritize our responsibilities towards nature and future generations. Our sustainability approach is reflected in all processes from field to table. We grow our olives using traditional methods, respecting the soil and trees; we produce with natural fertilization and irrigation methods that do not harm the environment. Systems that comply with energy efficiency and waste management principles are used in our production facilities, and recyclable and environmentally friendly materials are preferred in our packaging choices. In addition, we plan our supply and logistics processes with efficient and environmentally friendly methods as much as possible in order to reduce our carbon footprint.

Our olive oils are protected with packaging resistant to UV rays and temperature changes in order to avoid any quality loss during transportation. Food safety compliance documents are provided with all shipments.
Deliveries are made by road, sea or air transportation depending on the destination of the order. Regardless of the transportation method chosen, all shipments are made with insurance through expert international logistics companies.
